HRM Notse Nii Nortey Owuo IV was enstooled in January 2022. Born into the Owuo We Royal Family, he blends traditional leadership with global expertise.
Notse attended Additrom School and Galaxy International School, where he won a bronze at the ISWEEEP Science Olympiad. He graduated from Colby-Sawyer College as the first Black Class President and Student Government President. He earned a Law degree from the University of North Carolina, with research on the Venezuelan debt crisis. A lawyer and lecturer, Notse has worked with Fortune 100 companies. He is a member of the NC Pro Bono Honor Society and the Royal Commonwealth Society. His focus areas include education, sustainability, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship
