(Board Member)Enyonam Aku Gakpo is an accomplished business operations and strategy leader with over fourteen years of experience across real estate, project and facility management, insurance, international business, and strategic marketing in Ghana and Nigeria. Before becoming Deputy CEO of the National Homeownership Fund (NHF), she served as Executive Director of SEEDEC Properties Ltd, where she led the company’s growth, managed property acquisitions and development, and ensured seamless project delivery. As Assistant Manager for Business Development and Strategy at I-Fitness, she contributed significantly to the expansion of Nigeria’s leading fitness and wellness brand, driving its multi-branch growth through strategic planning and strong stakeholder engagement. Her experience also includes facility management with Thyaura Partners Concept, where she served as Field Manager for Providus Bank, overseeing major renovation works and operational optimisation. As Team Lead in the Valued Client Unit of SIC Insurance Company, she secured key premium portfolios and revitalised major corporate accounts within the oil and gas sector. Her role at V8 Capital Partners further demonstrated her strengths in administration, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
Beyond her corporate work, Enyonam has contributed meaningfully to Ghana’s political landscape. She served as a member of the NDC’s Finance Committee and Strategic Planning Team in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency and is highly recognised for her fundraising expertise, having led major mobilisation efforts that significantly strengthened both national and constituency campaign operations.
Enyonam is also a versatile entrepreneur who has built successful ventures driven by creativity, innovation, and strong market insight. She is passionate about creating businesses that inspire and uplift, demonstrating a leadership style that blends creativity with strategic focus.
She holds an MSc in International Business and Management from the University of Bradford, UK, and a BSc in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. She is also a trainee member of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors.
