ADELINE ABIGAIL NAAB KUNBUOR

Adeline Abigail Naab Kunbuor is a seasoned legal practitioner with over fifteen years of experience in the legal field. She began her career as a private legal practitioner before joining the Legal Service of Ghana, where she currently serves as a Public Servant. Over the past thirteen years, she has progressed from Assistant State Attorney to Senior State Attorney within the Ministry of Finance.
In addition to her role at the Ministry, she has served as Board Secretary of the National Homeownership Fund Ltd. since April 2020. Her work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents such as financing agreements, public-private partnership arrangements, investment and infrastructure contracts with foreign banks, investors, and development partners on behalf of the Government of Ghana.
She has represented the Legal Directorate and the Ministry of Finance on various committees, task forces, and working groups, contributing to legislation, policy development, bilateral investment treaties, loan agreements, and major government project negotiations.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana, a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Massachusetts, USA. She is a member of the Ghana Bar in good standing.
