Tema Community 22 Mortgage Arranagement with GCB Bank Ltd

In October 2020, Tema Development Corporation (TDC Ghana Ltd), completed and handed over the development of a model gated affordable housing community project of 204 units comprising one (1) and two (2) standard, and expandable bedrooms in partnership with GCB Bank Plc. GCB Bank Plc., which is one of the participating banks, oversees underwriting these mortgages offered through the National Mortgage Scheme (NMS) to qualified public and private sector workers. Therefore, through the Scheme, GCB Bank Plc has underwritten cedi denominated mortgages at 12% for the one- and two-bedroom houses sold to public sector workers.
