TDC Kpone Affordable Housing: Rent-to-own Scheme

The Affordable Housing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) has partnered with TDC Development Company Limited to purchase 32 housing units comprising two-bedroom and three-bedroom units in apartment blocks. These apartments are occupied by teachers, nurses and other public sector workers from Tema General Hospital and surrounding communities. These public sector workers became residents under the rent-to-own scheme introduced in July 2020.
