Adom City Affordable Housing: Rent-to-Own Scheme

REITs has purchased 60 affordable housing units comprising two-bedroom (detached and semi-detached) houses from private developer Adom City. This is in line with the Government of Ghana's commitment to partner with the private sector to provide off-take for affordable homes by private developers. The objective is to provide incentives for private sector participation through off-taker arrangements for the private developer.
