Eric is a trained Credit Analyst, skilled in specialized lending and Loan pricing. He is also a proficient Operational Risk Analyst with extensive knowledge of Internal Control Procedures regarding financing. Skilled in Mortgage underwriting, monitoring and supervision. He has been a banker for over 15 years.

Eric is also a trained Intelligence and Counter-Intelligence officer with over 18 years of practice in the security service. He is adept at intelligence gathering, processing, and analysis. 

He has been an instructor in the field for over 12 years. Eric holds a PhD from the University of Ghana, Legon.
