ASSISTANT MANAGER, PROCUREMENT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement programmes and activities of the Unit;
- Collect data for the development of procurement manuals and procedures;
- Collect data for the development and update of the database of suppliers and service providers as well as the procurement activities of the Fund;
- Facilitate effective management of the procurement processes;
- Collect data for the preparation of the annual budget and work plan of the Unit;
- Collect data for preparation of annual procurement plan of the Fund.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supply or any other related disciplines from an accredited tertiary institution.
- Must have completed National Service
- Must have 1-3 years relevant work experience in a reputable organization.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge in Procurement management process
- Good Administrative and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge in procurement laws and regulations;
- Good monitoring and evaluation skills;
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be confident and fair;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer Literacy.
Assistant Estate Manager

Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide inputs for the formulation and implementation of estate management policies and strategy;
- Supervise the management, maintenance and utilization of the Fund’s properties and facilities;
- Develop and maintain up-to-date estate register and database;
- Develop, implement and review estate management plans and procedures;
- Monitor the condition of properties and ensure timely maintenance and repairs;
- Ensure the safety, security and efficient use of all estate assets and facilities;
- Ensure compliance with relevant estate management, environmental, health and safety laws, regulations and standards;
- Prepare periodic reports on estate performance, maintenance activities and asset utilization;
- Lead periodic inspections and assessment of the facilities while delivering quality service to residents.
Qualification And Experience
- A minimum of a First Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or any related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution;
- Professional membership in a relevant body is an added advantage;
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in Estate or property management relevant to the position in a reputable organization.
Technical Knowledge And Skills
- Strong knowledge Estate and property management practices;
- Good understanding of building maintenance and facility operations;
- Knowledge of Health, safety and environmental regulations;
- Ability to supervise contractors, service providers and maintenance personnel;
- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software applications are an advantage;
- Basic budgeting and financial management skills;
- Excellent leadership Communication, and interpersonal skills.
